A 2023 Wrap Up From HookedOnMedia

As we wave goodbye to 2023, it’s the perfect time to pause and reminisce about the incredible journey we’ve had this year at HookedOnMedia. It’s been a busy year of reaching milestones, exciting collaborations, new faces, and, above all, collaborating with our exceptional clients. Looking ahead, we’re excited to carry this momentum into 2024, diving into new projects and campaigns, and sharing our skills and knowledge with others.

One of the standout highlights of this year was being nominated for two esteemed awards. We were thrilled to secure the title of ‘Leading Experts in Digital Marketing Campaigns Development – UK & Europe’ at the Business Elite Awards and to be acknowledged as ‘Small Integrated Digital Agency of the Year 2023’ at the Digital Growth Awards. These recognitions not only celebrate the hard work of our team but also reaffirm our commitment to creating high-quality campaigns that drive success for our clients.

Speaking of our team, HookedOnMedia has grown considerably this year. We warmly welcomed three new members to our family: Minnie Prasanthong, our talented in-house Graphic Designer; Hayden Bassett, our Business Development Executive, whom many of you might have already had the pleasure of meeting; and our newest welcome, Joshua Hnatyszyn, joining our Business Development department.

Being a remote team brings numerous benefits. It supports a better work/life balance and lets us bring together the most talented people from all corners of the country to work within our agency. Our team members are spread far across the UK, from Cornwall, Brighton and Plymouth to a cosy cottage nestled in rural Scotland! Despite this distance, our team still gathered in beautiful spots across Cornwall and Devon, like Fowey Hall Hotel, BLOCK Bar + Cafe, and NIMBUS Cafe at Firehub Pool, to collaborate on projects. We’ll be doing lots more of these in 2024!

This year also marked the onset of two fantastic partnerships with industry frontrunners: Semrush and Infinity Call Tracking software. Our amazing clients are at the heart of everything we do, and this year, we happily welcomed 28 new ones, including Stobbs Scaffolding, Old Chapel Cellars, Adrenalin Quarry, CF Systems, and many more. We also expanded our reach across continents by working with Flashback Data all the way from Austin, Texas.

Closer to home, we celebrated the arrival of a new junior member, the adorable Elsie, and a new fur baby called Jangles!
