We can convert people who have recently visited your website or social media platforms, with the aim to re-engage with users who have already expressed an interest in your service or product but originally did not proceed with an enquiry or sale.


How We Re-Engage With Your Audience
Our Email Nurturing program has been designed to re-engage with your audience by feeding them with tailored emails over the weeks and months, focusing on the service or product they originally expressed an interest in.
A simplified example of the types of email re-nurturing we conduct would be:
- Information gathered by a downloaded guide, enquiry, or an abandoned shopping basket.
- 1 day later, ‘a did you find what you were looking for email. This could include a link to what they originally viewed, or the option to call you.
- 1 week later, ‘a testimonial from a previous happy customer’. This will give the person some confidence in what you are selling.
- 1 week later, ‘a guide’ to the service or product they originally viewed.
- 1 week later, ‘an offer’ by this time they have been served some information, if they still have not purchased – an incentive will usually push them into an enquiry or sale.
After this stage, we will not send so many frequent emails, but just one or two each month over a 6-month cycle, with more guides, videos and offers.
At each stage, if the person opts-out, or completes the original enquiry or sale then they no longer receive these emails, but can go into another more traditional newsletter email to encourage them to return and purchase more.

We take email nurturing a step further by analysing the interest level of users as they are targeted, for example with email analytics, website analytics and where possible social media engagement. By determining users interest levels we can tailor nurture campaigns to be reactive and serve varied content based on how users are interacting with your brand.
